Accomodation rules

  1. The provider of accommodation (later only provider) can bed the guest who will prove his/her identity by valid identity card (ID personal card, passport or other document).
  2. In some particular case provider can offer another type of accommodation if it doesn’t differ considerably from the previous booking. Accommodation of the children under 3 is free of charge. Booked in advance and still not paid room is reserved until 8 p.m. if conditions weren’t agreed in the other way.
  3. On the basis of confirmed booking the provider is obliged to bed the guest from 2 to 8 p.m. By this time the room is booked and held for the guest if there is no other settlement according the order.
  4. The guest will use the room for the time agreed with the provider. The room must be released by 10 a.m. of a departure day. If this time isn’t observed by the guest, the provider will charge accommodation for the next following day.
  5. If the guest demands extension of the residential time, he can be offered another room than the previous one where he has stayed at so far.
  6. The guest can make use of the hotel room facilities, circulating area and hotel facilities, and hotel services. A free entrance to the Aquacentre swimming- pools is included into the price.
  7. The guest is fully responsible for damage caused to the provider’s property. In case that the guest pays an accommodation and service caution in advance, the proven damage caused by the guest will be covered by the caution as a priority.
  8. It’s been forbidden to move furniture in the rooms, carry out some interference with electricity or other installment, either it’s forbidden to use own electric appliances except those intended for a personal hygiene ( e.g. an electric razor, hair dryer etc.)
  9. It’s been strictly forbidden to smoke and use the open fire throughout the whole pension, except the restaurant! The guests should behave according this order to avoid a fire uprise.
  10. The visitors of the housed guests must be checked-in at the reception. When leaving the room, please, make sure that all water taps are shut and lock the room’s door.
  11. At the time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. you shouldn’t disturb the night stillness. In case of medical need the provider will call the medical help. All kind of medical help out of the hotel is wholly paid by guest.
  12. The provider is responsible for the guest’s things he has brought to the hotel if they were placed on the location designated for this purpose. The provider is responsible for the cash or valuables only in case that he has assumed them versus a voucher.
  13. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and services according to a valid price list which is available at the reception, in the rooms and on the hotel-pension’s web pages. In case of breaking of the accommodation rules, provider has the right to back out off an accommodation contract even before the date of expiration, without any compensation.
  14. Hand over the key at the reception when leaving the hotel.
  15. Towels and bed-linen are exchanged on demand.
